3) Keep track of
calories. No, you don't need to keep exact count
but it is important to know the calories of food's you're
eating so you can make good choices and stay on
track.
4) Eat fruits,
vegetables and natural foods as often as
possible. It probably goes without saying but
than more fruits, vegetables and natural foods you can eat the
better. The recommended serving for fruits and vegetables
is 5 per day.
5) Avoid food high in
fat and sugar. Although sweet snacks and fatty
foods tastes good, they need to be a small part of your overall
diet. High fat foods mean more calories and sugars make
it difficult for your system to work at its ideal
levels.
6) Can you have
desserts? Well, yes, you can eat anything really
as long as you keep it in moderation and it's part of the
